DESCRIPTION:Microsoft Excel Basics: Excel Basics: Spreadsheet construction\, basic formulas and functions\, sort\, filter\, formatting\, and printing. \nThis in-person TWO DAY class is designed to introduce key concepts crucial to building a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In this class we’ll talk about the Excel environment\, how spreadsheets work\, spreadsheet construction\, basic formulas and functions\, sort\, filter\, formatting\, and printing. \nPRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP! Walk-ins accepted on a space available basis. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.  \n \nDATE/TIME: Two days on Wed Oct 2 and Thur Oct 3 from 9:30am – 12noon. One registration to attend BOTH days. \nWorkshop Location: \nAmerican Job Center in Wheeling \n1400 S Wolf Road\, Building 200\, Suite 200\, Wheeling\, IL 60090 \n(One block south of Palatine/Willow Road & Wolf Road – west side of Wolf Rd. Ample free parking in front.) \nPLEASE NOTE: \n\nYou must register as there is only space for 15 people per workshop.\nCheck in 15 minutes prior to workshop. ABSOLUTELY NO ADMITTANCE after session starts. Be sure to allow enough time for traffic\, construction & weather.\nYou cannot attend Day 2 only; you must attend both days.\nWorkshops are for individuals age 18+.\nEach person has their own computer for learning.\nIf you need to cancel\, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to class so someone else can use your seat.
