DESCRIPTION:Microsoft Excel Basics: Excel Basics: Spreadsheet construction\, basic formulas and functions\, sort\, filter\, formatting\, and printing. \nThis two-day in-person class (Sept 10 & Sept 11 at 9:30am) is designed to introduce key concepts crucial to building a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In this class we’ll talk about the Excel environment\, how spreadsheets work\, spreadsheet construction\, basic formulas and functions\, sort\, filter\, formatting\, and printing.\n  \nPRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP! Walk-ins accepted on a space available basis. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. \n\nWorkshop Location:\nAmerican Job Center in Wheeling\n1400 S Wolf Road\, Building 200\, Suite 200\, Wheeling\, IL 60090\n1/2 block south of Palatine-Willow Road on the WEST side of Wolf Road. Turn into parking lot and make an immediate RIGHT turn. Ample free parking at the front of the building. \nPLEASE NOTE: \n\nYou must register as there is only space for 15 people per workshop.\nCheck in 15 minutes prior to workshop. ABSOLUTELY NO ADMITTANCE after session starts. Be sure to allow enough time for traffic\, construction & weather.\nYou cannot attend Day 2 only; you must attend both days.\nWorkshops are for individuals age 18+.\nEach person has their own computer for learning.\nIf you need to cancel\, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to class so someone else can use your seat.
