DESCRIPTION:Get an employer’s perspective on the hiring process!\n\n\nLearn how find online job fairs and how to interact effectively with recruiters:\n\nReview employer job postings ─before the VIRTUAL Job Fair\nCustomize your resume ─to the skills and experience the employer is looking for\nSell yourself to recruiters ─ discuss how your skills and experience match the job\nFollow up — get the recruiter’s contact information and send a thank you note afterwards\n\nPractice makes perfect:  \n\nWe’ll challenge you to role play as a job seeker.\nYou’ll give your elevator speech and practice asking recruiters for an interview.
