Navigating a job fair/hiring event requires preparation. This interactive workshop guides you to successfully prepare, navigate, network and follow-up like a pro. Job fairs are an excellent opportunity to network, connect with potential employers, and discover new career paths. But navigating a job fair successfully requires strategy, preparation, and confidence. In this interactive workshop, we’ll teach you how to make the most of your job fair experience.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP! Walk-ins accepted on a space available basis.
This IN-PERSON class is taught in 1 session.
Join us on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 1:30m (Chicago time), for an in-person event that will transform your job search game! Located at the American Job Center in Wheeling, located at 1400 S Wolf Road, Building 200, Wheeling, IL, 60090. One-half block south of Palatine-Willow Road. Enter parking lot on west side of street. Ample free parking in front.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You must register as there is only space for 16 people per workshop.
- Registration closes 24 hours prior to workshop.
- Check in 15 minutes prior to workshop. ABSOLUTELY NO ADMITTANCE after session starts. Be sure to allow enough time for traffic, construction & weather.
- Workshops are for individuals age 18+.
- Subject to change without notice.
- If you need to cancel, please let us know 48 hours prior to the workshop, so someone else can use your seat.
